1. PREMISES

7. DEFAULT

If Tenant fails to comply with any of the material provisions of this Agreement, or of any present rules and regulations governing the Premises, Landlord may terminate this Agreement upon providing [Notice Period] written notice to Tenant. This may include but is not limited to, non-payment of rent, violation of lease terms, or damage to the property.
