2.4 Technical SEO:
You should carry out tasks such as optimizing the speed of the website, improving the site's performance on mobile devices, as well as executing other technical enhancements to boost the overall user experience on the platform.
2.5 Regular monitoring and reporting:
Every month, it is necessary to provide comprehensive reports which detail the performance of the website. In addition to this, the reports should also include data on the rankings of specific keywords.
2.6 Recommendations for improvements:
Based on the analysis of Search Engine Optimization, provide suggestions that will aid in improving the visibility of the website.
3. Responsibilities of the Service Provider
The Service Provider shall:

Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the SEO campaign.
Make recommendations for website improvements based on SEO analysis.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the Client's proprietary information.
4. Responsibilities of the Client
The Client shall:
Provide access to the website and relevant analytics tools for the Provider to perform the SEO services.
Cooperate with the Provider and promptly provide any requested information or materials.
Implement recommended changes to the website as advised by the Provider.
Adhere to any guidelines provided by the Provider for maintaining SEO efforts.
5. Payment Terms
The Agreement hereby outlines that the Client is in total concurrence to fulfill the responsibility of punctually compensating the Provider a sum of $1000 every month. This amount is by the Search Engine Optimization services that will be successfully executed and dropped at the behest of the Provider. The Client will ensure that this remuneration will be conducted every month through the mode of a bank transfer.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, website analytics, keyword lists, and SEO strategies.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County, California.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
10. Amendment
No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
