MAID CONTRACT

This Maid Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], by and between [Your Name], residing at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Homeowner", and [Maid's Name], residing at [Maid's Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Maid".

1. Services to be Provided

1.1 The Maid agrees to provide cleaning and household services to the Employer as directed, including but not limited to:

  • Dusting all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and fixtures

  • Sweeping floors to remove debris and dirt

  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs thoroughly

  • Mopping floors to ensure cleanliness and shine

  • Cleaning bathrooms, including scrubbing toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs to remove stains and disinfecting surfaces

  • Washing dishes by hand or using a dishwasher, wiping countertops, and cleaning kitchen appliances such as stovetops, microwaves, and refrigerators

  • Making beds neatly and changing linens as needed, ensuring a fresh and tidy appearance

  • Handling laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes, linens, and towels

  • Ironing garments and linens to maintain a crisp and polished look

1.2 The person acting as a maid or housekeeper should demonstrate significant responsibility in executing the required services. She ought to display exceptional thoroughness, diligence, and keen attention to the minutest detail in every task. It is crucial that she strictly follows any specific guidelines or preferences provided by the employer, incorporating them into her work to ensure custom-fitted services that exceed the employer's expectations. Most importantly, she should aspire not just to reach, but to surpass high standards of cleanliness, enhancing the employer's overall satisfaction.

2. Work Hours and Compensation

2.1 As agreed upon by both parties, the individual employed in the role of the Maid shall carry out her duties for an established duration of eight hours each day. The specific hours at which these eight hours of work shall occur are to be determined by the Employer.

2.2 The person employed in the position of the Maid is set to receive compensation for her job that will be calculated according to the rate of $15. This amount is due for every hour she dedicates to her work. Furthermore, it's essential to note that this agreed compensation will be settled every week. The specific day of the week set for disbursement of this payment is Friday. To ensure smoother and quicker transactions, it has been agreed that the payment method used will be direct deposit.

3. Duties and Responsibilities

3.1 The Maid shall be responsible for providing her cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise provided by the Employer. This includes but is not limited to cleaning solutions, mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, and any other necessary tools for performing the cleaning tasks.

3.2 The Maid shall maintain confidentiality regarding the affairs and personal information of the Employer and shall not disclose such information to third parties without the Employer's consent. This includes any sensitive information obtained during employment, such as financial matters, personal habits, or any other private matters discussed or observed while performing cleaning duties.

4. Termination

4.1 This contract can be terminated by either party involved at any moment they wish to do so. However, a notice of termination, written and formally circulated, is required to be provided fourteen days before the expected termination date. This notice should be duly received by the other party.

5. Governing Law

5.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [Jurisdiction].
