II. Roles and Responsibilities

II.II Quality Control: Both parties agree to implement robust quality control measures to monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.


II.III Regulatory Compliance: The Manufacturer and the Customer are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).

III. Regulatory Compliance

III.I Alignment with Industry Standards: The Manufacturer and the Customer commit to continually aligning with industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
