This Temporary Employment Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into on this [Date], by and between [Your Company Name] with its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address] (the "Company"), and [Temporary Worker Name], located at [Temporary Worker Address] (the "Temporary Worker").
I. Position and Responsibilities
The Temporary Worker shall be employed in the position of Administrative Assistant and shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Answer and Direct Calls: Professionally handle incoming phone calls, transferring them to the appropriate departments or individuals and taking messages when necessary.

Greet Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors to the office, ensuring they feel valued and directing them to the appropriate personnel or meeting locations.

Manage Mail: Sort and distribute incoming mail, as well as prepare outgoing mail for shipment. Organize documents and correspondence efficiently.

Schedule Appointments: Coordinate appointments and meetings for executives, managing their calendars effectively and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

Assist with Correspondence: Prepare and edit various types of correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed, maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
II. Hours of Work
The Temporary Worker is anticipated to accomplish his or her tasks 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, beginning at 9:00 AM and concluding at 5:00 PM. There could be instances where overtime or extra hours beyond the routine weekly commitment may be necessitated by the Employer. However, any alteration from the standard work hours or any overtime requirements will strictly be bound by the prevailing laws and regulations.
III. Compensation
In consideration for services rendered, the Temporary Worker shall be compensated at a rate of $15.00 per hour, payable bi-weekly. Payment shall be subject to any applicable deductions required by law, such as taxes and social security contributions.
IV. Benefits
The Temporary Worker shall not be accorded with eligibility to receive benefits that are typically provided to those considered as regular employees within the context of the Employer's workforce. These benefits primarily encompass health insurance, plans associated with retirement in the latter stages of their career, and additional time off that is remunerated as per regular working hours. These benefits are far from exhaustive and may include other provisions as well.
V. Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract upon 14 days written notice. The Employer reserves the right to terminate the Temporary Worker's employment immediately for just cause, including but not limited to misconduct or violation of company policies, such as dishonesty, insubordination, or breaches of confidentiality.
VI. Confidentiality
The Temporary Worker agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during employment and not to disclose such information to any third party, both during and after the termination of this Contract.
VII. Non-Compete
The Temporary Worker shall not engage in any activities that directly compete with the business interests of the Employer. This includes but is not limited to accepting employment, providing services, or engaging in business ventures that involve similar products, services, or target markets as those of the Employer.
VIII. Governing Law
The stipulations of this Contract, including each clause and condition, fall under the authority and interpretation of the laws of the stated or identifiable State or Country. Their administration and understanding will be dictated by the legal frameworks of that location, with any disputes or ambiguities resolved according to the region's active statutory regulations.
IX. Entire Agreement
This Contract serves as a comprehensive and complete agreement between all parties involved. It surpasses and renders obsolete any previous dialogues, discussions, and agreements that were related to or associated with the subject matter contained in this contract.
