VI. FTC COMPLIANCE

VII. CONFIDENTIALITY

1. Obligation: Both parties recognize the sensitivity of non-public information exchanged during this collaboration. The Influencer agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or use confidential information for personal gain.

2. Exceptions: This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information already in the public domain or independently developed without reliance on confidential information.

3. Duration: The confidentiality obligations outlined herein extend beyond the termination of this Agreement and remain binding for a period of [0] years.

4. Permitted Disclosures: Notwithstanding the above, either party may disclose confidential information to the extent required by law or a valid court order, provided the disclosing party notifies the other party promptly.
