3 Month Probation Contract

3 MONTH PROBATION CONTRACT


This Employment Contract ("Contract") is entered into on this day of [date], by and between [Your Name], doing business as [Your Company Name], (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer"), located at [Your Company Address], and [Employee's Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee"), residing at [Employee's Address].

1. Position and Duties

2. Probation Period

The initial three months of employment shall serve as a probationary period. The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any unauthorized person or entity unless required by law or with the express written consent of the Employer.

6. Modification of Contract

This Contract may only be modified or amended by a written agreement signed by both parties. Any additional obligations assumed by either party in connection with this Contract shall be documented in writing and signed by the parties involved or their authorized representatives.

7. Termination

Upon completion of the probationary period, the Employer may choose to offer the Employee full employment based on satisfactory performance evaluations. Alternatively, the Employer may extend the probationary period if further assessment is required, or terminate this Contract if the Employee's performance is deemed unsatisfactory. In case of termination, the Employer will provide the Employee with any entitled compensation or benefits as per applicable laws and this Contract.
