1. Purpose of the Agreement

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for a 90-day trial period, which allows the Company to evaluate the Employee's performance, skills, and compatibility with the organization before deciding on permanent employment. The Employee should actively participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, offer support to team members, and foster positive working relationships.

  4. Continuous Learning: The Employee is expected to engage in ongoing learning and development activities as required by the Company. This may involve attending training programs, workshops, seminars, or pursuing professional certifications to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to their role.

The Employee acknowledges that their performance during this trial period will be closely monitored and evaluated by the Company. This evaluation will not only consider the completion of tasks but also the Employee's overall attitude, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to changes within the work environment. Feedback provided during this period will serve as a valuable tool for mutual understanding and improvement.

3. Compensation

During the trial period, the Employee will receive compensation at a rate of $15 per hour, with payments disbursed on a bi-weekly basis. The payment period will commence on April 15, 2050, and the Employee will receive compensation for the work performed under Company policies.

4. Probationary Period

At the end of the trial period, both parties will have the opportunity to discuss feedback, concerns, and potential next steps.

5. Termination

While both parties enter into this Agreement with the intention of a successful trial period leading to permanent employment, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time during the 90 days if the Employee's performance, conduct, or suitability does not meet the Company's standards as outlined in Company policies and procedures. In such cases, the termination will be effective immediately.

6. Confidentiality

The Employee acknowledges the sensitive nature of the Company's business operations, strategies, and proprietary information. Therefore, during and after the probationary period, the Employee agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all confidential information obtained or accessed during their employment, including but not limited to customer lists, trade secrets, financial data, and internal processes.
