Talent Agency Contract
This Talent Representation Agreement (the “Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [YOUR NAME] (hereinafter referred to as the "Talent"), located at [YOUR ADDRESS], and [NAME OF TALENT AGENCY] (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") located at [ADDRESS OF TALENT AGENCY].
1. Purpose and Scope
The Agency hereby agrees to provide representation for the Talent within the talent industry. A significant component of this agreement involves the Agency aiding the Talent in marketing their skills, promoting their talent, and also helping them secure relevant jobs within the industry. The nature of this representation and all the actions undertaken by the Agency will be completely subject to the specific terms and conditions that have been clearly outlined and set forth within the confines of this Agreement.
2. Representation
The Talent hereby engages the Agency and the Agency accepts such engagement as Talent's exclusive representative to seek employment and engagements within the fields of Talent’s expertise. The Talent gives the Agency the authority to negotiate on their behalf for such engagements.
3. Duration
The agreement outlined herein is set to commence on the first date written above. It will continue to be fully effective and enforceable for the duration specified as [TERM]. However, there is a possibility for this Agreement to be terminated before the specified [TERM] if it adheres to the termination conditions as they are laid out within this document.
4. Fees and Commissions

5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

This commitment involves refraining from disclosing any such sensitive or confidential information to any third party or individual without first obtaining written permission or consent in advance from the party whose information it pertains to.
6. Termination
This Agreement may be concluded by either party involved, provided they give a written notification thirty (30) days before the desired termination date, or it may be ended following any other procedures that are provided within this Agreement.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration.
