II. SERVICE LEVELS AND STANDARDS
Performance Standards:
The Service Provider will perform the Services by the standards and criteria outlined in this section. Such standards shall ensure that the Services are carried out effectively and efficiently, reducing downtime and minimizing disruptions to the Client's operations. The Service Provider commits to adhering to industry best practices and relevant regulations governing maintenance services.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS
Service Provider Obligations:
In accordance with the terms of this Contract, both parties herein are obligated to fulfill certain responsibilities. The entity providing the Services, herein referred to as the Service Provider, shall undertake the task of executing the specified Services. It is imperative that these services are rendered within the agreed-upon timeline, hereby referred to as the 'timely manner'.
Client Obligations:
The Client shall provide necessary access to the equipment, systems, or property requiring maintenance as outlined in the scope of work. The Client shall also promptly notify the Service Provider of any issues or concerns regarding the Services.
IV. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
