PRIVACY AGREEMENT

This Privacy Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE] by and between [Your Name], operating under the name Data Controller (the "Data Management") and [Client Name], also referred to as the "Customer". This Agreement sets forth terms and conditions under which the Company will collect, store, process, and use the Customer's data.

1. DATA COLLECTION

4. CUSTOMER RIGHTS

5. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective from the Effective Date and will remain in effect unless terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days' notice. Upon termination, the Company is obliged to delete all personal data of the Customer, unless retention is required by law.

6. DATA RETENTION

The Company will retain the Customer's data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Agreement or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Once the data is no longer needed, it will be securely disposed of or anonymized to prevent identification.

7. THIRD-PARTY ACCESS

In cases where the Company engages third-party service providers to assist in data processing or other business operations, the Company will ensure that such providers adhere to similar data protection standards and only access the Customer's data as necessary to perform their contracted services.

8. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION

In the event of a data breach or unauthorized access that compromises the security of the Customer's data, the Company will promptly notify the affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by law. The notification will include details of the breach, its potential impact, and steps the Customer can take to mitigate risks.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, either party may seek mediation or arbitration as outlined in the dispute resolution clause of this Agreement.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
