This Water Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into this day of [DATE] ("Effective Date"), by and between [YOUR NAME], hereinafter referred to as "Seller" and [CLIENT NAME], hereinafter referred to as "Buyer" (collectively referred to as "Parties").

1. SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT

Under this agreement, the Seller agrees to bottle and sell water to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to purchase said bottled water for their various needs. As part of the agreement, The Seller will source water from their selected natural springs or other sources.

2. TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of [NUMBER OF YEARS] years unless terminated sooner by either party following the terms and conditions herein.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller a sum of [PRICE] per liter of bottled water produced. Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in a late fee of [LATE FEE], up to the maximum allowed by law.

4. DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

Delivery of bottled water shall be made at the Buyer's distribution center or as directed by the Buyer. Acceptance will be considered effective upon delivery unless the Buyer offers notice of noncompliance within five business days of delivery.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

Both the Seller and Buyer agree to indemnify each other from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from any breach of this agreement or negligence in the performance of this agreement.

6. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement upon giving 30 days written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Buyer shall pay the Seller for all goods delivered and accepted up until the termination date.

The Parties on the date first above written have executed this Agreement. Each person signing this Agreement represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized and has the legal capacity to execute and deliver this Agreement.
