1. Scope of Work

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's use of the pressure washing services.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Conditions for Cancellation

Either party may cancel this Contract with written notice to the other party.

5.2 Notice Period

The notice period for cancellation shall be 30 days.

5.3 Cancellation Fees

In the event of cancellation, the Client agrees to pay a cancellation fee of $500.

6. Warranty

6.1 Warranties or Guarantees

The Service Provider warrants that the pressure washing services shall be performed in a professional manner and under industry standards.

6.2 Terms and Duration

The warranty shall remain in effect for 6 months from the completion of the pressure washing service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract in the event of a material breach by the other party, subject to the provisions of this Contract.
