DJ Service Contract
1. Parties to the Contract
This contract is entered into between [Client Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") and [DJ Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "DJ") on [Date of Agreement] for the provision of DJ services at the event described below.

3. Services to be Provided
The DJ agrees to provide the following services:

Acting as a Disc Jockey and appropriately combining different types of music that best suits the particular type of event that is taking place.

As per our agreement, we are providing all necessary gear including sound equipment and lighting.

The process of setting up the necessary equipment before the event taking place, and the subsequent disassembling and packing away of said equipment after the event has concluded.

To ensure a smooth execution of the event, it is crucial to have strategic coordination with the individual who is in charge of organizing or coordinating the event.
4. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the DJ a total fee of [Total Amount] for the services rendered.

A non-refundable deposit of [Deposit Amount] is due upon signing this contract to secure the DJ's services for the specified date.

The remaining balance of [Remaining Balance] is due no later than [Date Balance Due], before the start of the event.
5. Cancellation Policy

In the circumstance where the Client decides to cancel, the deposit that was initially given will not be returned and instead will be considered forfeited.

Cancellation by the Client within [Number of Days] days of the event will result in payment of the full contracted amount.
6. Indemnification

The client hereby agrees to take responsibility for, protect, and defend the disc jockey (DJ) from any potential legal responsibilities, harm, or legal demands that may arise as a result of the event.

This will involve compensating for any losses, providing legal defense if necessary, and not holding the DJ responsible for any such incidents.
7. Force Majeure

If any delay or failure to perform arises as a result of circumstances that are beyond the control of either party, this shall not result in the party being held responsible.

Potential uncontrollable situations may encompass natural disasters, enforced government limitations, or unexpected emergencies, among others.
8. Governing Law

This contract shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising under this contract shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
9. Entire Agreement

This contract embodies the whole agreement that is established between the DJ and the Client. It takes precedence over all prior agreements and any form of understanding or agreement from the past between both parties, regardless of whether these understandings and agreements were transmitted through verbal communication, or outlined in written form. It effectively supersedes all these previous forms of agreement and understanding.
