This Apartment Lease Contract ("Lease") is entered into on [Date], between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as "Landlord," and [Tenant's Name], hereinafter referred to as "Tenant," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

I. Property Information

II. Term of Lease

(c) The Tenant shall comply with all rules and regulations of the building or complex in which the Premises are located.

6.2 Landlord Responsibilities

(a) The Landlord shall provide and maintain the Premises in a habitable condition.

(b) The Landlord shall make necessary repairs and maintenance to the Premises, excluding those caused by the Tenant's negligence or misuse.

(c) The Landlord shall respect the Tenant's right to quiet enjoyment of the Premises.

VII. Termination and Renewal

Upon expiration of the Lease, the Tenant may renew the Lease for an additional term subject to mutual agreement between the parties. Either party may terminate this Lease upon written notice to the other party at least [number of days] days before the desired termination date.

VIII. Additional Terms and Conditions

8.1 Pets Policy: Pets are allowed on the Premises subject to the prior written consent of the Landlord and payment of a pet deposit.
