1. Scope of Services

Notify the service provider promptly of any signs of pest activity or other concerns related to the effectiveness of the pest control services.

5. Payment Terms

The client agrees to pay the service provider a fee of $500 for the pest control services rendered. Payment shall be made in full within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

6. Warranties

The service provider warrants that all services shall be performed in a professional manner and by industry standards. In the event of a breach of this warranty, the service provider shall, at its sole discretion, re-perform the services or provide a refund of the applicable fees.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client shall be responsible for payment for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law
