Free Band Agreement

This Band Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the 20th day of January 2050 by and between the undersigned parties, collectively referred to as the "Band", to set forth the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the members of the Band.

1. Formation

The Band is hereby formed to make music, including writing, performing, recording, and distributing musical compositions and performances thereof.

The following individuals are recognized as members of the Band:

The Band shall be known as [Band Name], herein referred to as the "Band". The Band's primary activities shall include musical performances, recording sessions, and any other activities associated with the promotion and advancement of the Band's musical career.

2. Ownership

All music, lyrics, and titles of the Band, whether previously created or developed in the future, shall be mutually and equally owned by all Band members, inclusive of all intellectual property rights and revenues generated from these works. This includes the Band's name and logo, any recordings, performance earnings, merchandising, and associated rights.

3. Revenue Distribution

Profits and losses from Band activities will be equally distributed among all members unless otherwise specified in writing by all parties. Revenue includes, but is not limited to, income through performances, sales of recorded music, merchandise sales, and licensing rights. All Band members agree to report and pay their taxes based on these distributions.

4. Responsibilities and Commitments

All Band members agree to fully commit themselves to the Band's success, ensuring availability for rehearsals, performances, and other Band-related activities. Each member is responsible for learning their parts, arriving on time to rehearsals and performances, and other duties as established in Band meetings.

5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

All members of the Band shall maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared among the members or obtained in the course of the Band's activities and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Band.

6. Termination Conditions

This Agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement of the Band members or by written notice from any member to the other members. In the event of termination, the members shall cooperate in winding up the affairs of the Band and dividing any remaining assets or liabilities fairly and equitably.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, either party may initiate mediation proceedings under the rules of [Mediation Service]. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of [Arbitration Service].

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
