Lawn Maintenance Contract
This Lawn Maintenance Contract ("Contract") is entered into by and between [Property Owner's Name] ("Property Owner") and [Your Company Name] ("Service Provider") on [Date], to outline the terms and conditions for the upkeep and maintenance of the property's lawn and landscaping features.
I. Services
1.1 The Provider agrees to provide comprehensive lawn maintenance services to the Client, including but not limited to:
(a) Regular mowing of the lawn to maintain a healthy height.
(b) Trimming and edging along sidewalks, driveways, and landscape features to ensure a neat appearance.
(c) Weed control, including the removal of weeds from lawns, flower beds, and other landscaped areas.
(d) Fertilization and soil treatment to promote healthy growth and vibrant color.
(e) Seasonal services such as aerating, overseeding, and dethatching as needed.
(f) Leaf removal and cleanup during the fall season to maintain cleanliness and prevent lawn suffocation.
(g) Pest control services to manage and prevent infestations that may damage the lawn.
(h) Any additional services agreed upon in writing by both parties.
1.2 The Property Owner agrees to provide access to the lawn and landscaping features at the scheduled maintenance times.
II. Term
This Contract shall commence on [Start Date] and continue for an initial term of one (1) year. Upon expiration of the initial term, this Contract shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless terminated as provided herein.
III. Payment

(d) Maintain liability insurance coverage for the duration of this Contract.
4.2 Client's Responsibilities
(a) Provide clear access to the lawn during scheduled service times.
(b) Ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work area during service visits.
(c) Notify the Provider of any changes to service requirements or scheduling conflicts.
(d) Maintain proper irrigation and watering practices to support lawn health between maintenance visits.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract upon 30 days written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes arising under or related to this Contract shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in [City/Region] by the rules of the [Arbitration Association].
