Music Promoter Contract

I. Services
1.1 The Promoter agrees to organize and promote live music events featuring the Artist or Band as specified herein.

(c) Advertising through various channels including social media, print media, and online platforms.

2.2 The Artist shall perform live music at the event(s) for a duration of three (3) hours.
III. Compensation
3.1 The Artist shall be compensated as follows:

(b) Payment shall be made within ten (10) days of the event(s) or as otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
3.2 In addition to the flat fee, the Artist shall receive a percentage of ticket sales revenue. The revenue split shall be 70% for the Artist and 30% for the Promoter.
IV. Promotion Responsibilities
4.1 The Promoter shall undertake promotional activities to advertise and market the live music event(s) through various channels, including but not limited to social media, print media, and online platforms.
4.2 The Artist agrees to cooperate with the Promoter in promotional efforts and provide necessary materials such as promotional images, videos, and bios.
V. Ticket Sales
Ticket sales and distribution shall be handled as follows:
(a) Tickets shall be priced at [Ticket Price] per person.
(b) Tickets may be sold online and at the venue box office.
(c) Revenue from ticket sales shall be shared between the Promoter and the Artist according to the agreed-upon terms.
VI. Cancellation Policy
6.1 In the event of cancellation or postponement of the live music event(s) due to circumstances beyond the control of either party, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies, both parties shall make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event(s).
6.2 If rescheduling is not possible, any expenses incurred by the Promoter shall be reimbursed by the Artist, and any compensation already paid to the Artist shall be refunded by the Promoter.
VII. Liability
7.1 Each party shall indemnify and hold harmless the other party from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the performance of this Contract.
7.2 The Promoter shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Artist due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies.
8. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
