Soccer Coach Contract

2. Duties of the Coach

The Coach shall oversee the training, development, and management of the soccer team, including but not limited to conducting practice sessions, developing player skills, strategizing game plans, and maintaining team discipline.

3. Compensation

In consideration of the Coach's services, the Club shall pay the Coach a monthly salary of USD 5,000, payable on the 1st day of each month. Additionally, the Coach shall be entitled to performance-based bonuses as outlined in Schedule A attached hereto.

4. Term of Employment

b. The Coach agrees to abide by all Club policies and regulations during the term of employment.

c. Any disputes arising under or related to this Contract shall be resolved through arbitration by the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

7. Governing Law

This Contract will be under the governance of and interpreted in alignment with, the laws that are active in the State of [State]. 8. Entire Agreement
