Bridal Makeup Contract
This Bridal Makeup Contract (‘Contract') dated [DATE] is entered into by and between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Makeup Artist," and [Client's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client," collectively referred to as the "Parties."
1. Scope of Services
The Artist agrees to provide bridal makeup services for the Client's wedding or bridal event as detailed in this Contract. These services may include but are not limited to makeup application, hair styling, and other beauty services as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
2. Date, Time, and Location
The makeup services shall be provided on May 15, 2050, at 10:00 AM, at the following location: Grand Plaza Hotel, 123 Main Street, Anytown, USA. The Client agrees to provide adequate space with proper lighting and seating arrangements for the Makeup Artist to perform the services.
3. Services Offered
The Makeup Artist shall provide bridal makeup services to the Client, which include:

Bridal makeup application on the wedding day

Any additional agreed-upon makeup services
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
4.1 Total Fee and Deposit
The total fee for the makeup services outlined in Section 3 shall be $500, payable as follows: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due upon signing this contract to secure the booking. The remaining balance of $300 is due on or before the wedding day.
4.2 Payment Method
Payments shall be made via cash or credit card.
4.3 Additional Charges for Extra Services
If additional makeup services are requested by the Client on the wedding day, the Makeup Artist shall provide an itemized invoice for such services, which shall be due upon receipt.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Client's Right to Cancel:
This contract is open to cancellation by the Client if they so choose. For this cancellation to be enacted, the Client is required to provide a notification expressing their desire to terminate the contract. This notification must be presented to the Makeup Artist and should be in written form.
5.2 Cancellation Fees:
A) The non-refundable deposit specified in Section 4(4.1)(a) shall be retained by the Makeup Artist. B) If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the wedding date, the Client shall be responsible for payment of the full contract amount.
5.3 Notification of Cancellation:
The Client agrees to notify the Makeup Artist of any cancellation as soon as possible to allow the Makeup Artist to potentially rebook the time slot.
6. Responsibilities
6.1 Client agrees Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information regarding skin sensitivities, allergies, or any other relevant medical conditions.

Arrive promptly for scheduled appointments.

Notify the Makeup Artist of any changes to the wedding schedule that may affect the makeup services.
6.2 Makeup Artist Responsibilities :

Provide professional makeup services using high-quality products.

Adhere to the agreed-upon schedule to ensure timely completion of services.

Make reasonable accommodations for any changes requested by the Client, subject to availability.
7. Additional Provisions
7.1 Travel fees:
Any travel expenses incurred by the Makeup Artist for locations beyond a 30-mile radius of Anytown, USA, shall be reimbursed by the Client.
7.2 Touch-up services:
The Makeup Artist shall provide touch-up services for the Bride and Bridal Party for up to 2 hours after the initial makeup application at no additional charge.
8. Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Los Angeles, California, by the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Entire Agreement
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
10. Signatures
The Parties hereby acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this contract and agree to be bound by them.
