This Makeup Service Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], between [Your Name], with a business address at [Your Company Address] ("Makeup Artist"), and [Client's Name], residing at [Client's Address] ("Client").

1. Services

The Makeup Artist agrees to provide makeup services to the Client for the following event or purpose: Wedding Ceremony.

The makeup services will include:

  • Bridal Makeup: This encompasses a full consultation to understand the bride's preferences, skin type, and desired look. It includes the application of primer, foundation, concealer, setting powder, blush, contouring, highlighting, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, false lashes (if desired), eyebrow shaping and filling, and lipstick.

  • Bridal Party Makeup: In addition to the bride, the Makeup Artist will also provide makeup services for the bridal party, including bridesmaids, maid of honor, and mothers of the bride and groom. This will involve tailored makeup application to suit each individual's features and preferences while maintaining a cohesive look.

  • Touch-ups: Throughout the event, the Makeup Artist will be available for touch-ups to ensure the bride and bridal party look flawless and camera-ready at all times.

  • Consultation and Trial: Before the wedding day, the Makeup Artist will conduct a consultation and trial session with the bride to discuss preferences, conduct makeup trials, and finalize the desired look. This session allows for adjustments and ensures the bride is satisfied with the chosen makeup style before the actual event.

  • Makeup Application for Pre-Wedding Events (Optional): Upon request, the Makeup Artist can also provide makeup services for pre-wedding events such as engagement parties, bridal showers, or rehearsal dinners. This would entail customized makeup looks appropriate for each specific occasion.

  • Travel: The Makeup Artist will travel to the designated location (venue or residence) on the wedding day to provide on-site makeup services for the convenience of the bride and bridal party.

  • Additional Services (Optional): Upon request, the Makeup Artist can provide additional services such as hair styling, skincare consultations, or makeup lessons for the bride or members of the bridal party.

2. Date, Time, and Location

  • On the date of April 15, 2050, at precisely 10:00 in the morning, the provision of the makeup services is scheduled to begin. The aforementioned services will be executed at a specified location, which is 123 Main Street, in the city of Cityville, State, bearing the Zip Code.

3. Payment

  • The Client agrees to pay the Makeup Artist the total sum of $150 for the makeup services rendered.

  • Payment shall be made in the following manner: A deposit of $50 is required upon booking to secure the appointment, with the remaining balance of $100 due on the day of the service.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • If the Client finds it necessary to either cancel or reschedule the prearranged makeup services, it is incumbent upon them to issue an advance notice to the Makeup Artist. This notice should be given no less than 48 hours before the originally scheduled appointment time.

  • If the Client does not provide an adequate notice time in advance or decides to cancel their appointment without any justifiable reason, there is a possibility of losing any deposit that they may have already paid.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client agrees to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointment with clean, moisturized skin and any other preparation as instructed by the Makeup Artist.

  • The Client hereby acknowledges their agreement to furnish any and every critical detail about their allergies, sensitivities, or personal preferences about the cosmetic products intended for use.

6. Liability

  • The individual working under the role of the Makeup Artist will not hold responsibility or be held accountable for any allergic reactions, skin conditions, or any other unfavorable outcomes that may arise from the application or use of makeup products. However, it is important to note that this disclaimer does not apply if the cause of these unfavorable outcomes stems from the negligence of the Makeup Artist's side, as per the procedure of applying the makeup or using certain products that they were advised against. In such cases, the liability will indeed fall on the Makeup Artist.

7. Termination

  • The stipulations of this Contract permit either party involved in this agreement to bring about its termination at any moment they find suitable. For this to occur, the terminating party must provide a written communication stating their intent to terminate to the other party involved in the contract.

8. Governing Law

  • The stipulations and interpretations of this Contract will be subject to, and guided by, the legal principles and regulations encompassed within the laws prevailing in the specified jurisdiction, [Jurisdiction].
