ARTIST BOOKING AGENT CONTRACT

SECTION 1: AGENT’S DUTIES

These appointments are specifically for professional engagements and performances that will occur within the outlined and agreed-upon geographic territory.
1.1 Booking Acquisition: The primary duty of the Agent is to actively pursue and secure professional engagements, leveraging their network and resources to book the Artist for various opportunities within the specified territory.
1.2 Representation: The Agent commits to representing the Artist's interests diligently, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring the Artist's brand and reputation are upheld throughout the booking process.
1.3 Communication and Coordination: It is the responsibility of the Agent to maintain clear and effective communication with both the Artist and potential clients, facilitating seamless coordination of bookings and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
SECTION 2: ARTIST'S OBLIGATIONS
The Artist shall make themselves available for engagements secured by the Agent under the terms of this Contract and will perform to the best of their ability at all such engagements.
2.1 Performance Commitment: The Artist agrees to attend and perform at all engagements arranged by the Agent according to the terms outlined in the Contract, ensuring their presence and active participation to the best of their skills and capabilities.
2.2 Availability Assurance: It is expected that the Artist maintains availability for events coordinated by the Agent, committing to fulfill their obligations promptly and professionally, adhering to the agreed-upon schedule and performance standards.

SECTION 3: AGENTS' OBLIGATIONS
3.1 Engagement Procurement: The Agent is responsible for securing suitable engagements for the Artist as per the terms outlined in the Contract, actively seeking opportunities that align with the Artist's interests and expertise.
3.2 Contractual Compliance: It is incumbent upon the Agent to ensure that all engagements arranged for the Artist adhere to the contractual agreements, including but not limited to venue specifications, performance expectations, and compensation terms.
3.3 Artist Representation: The Agent acts as the Artist's representative in negotiating contracts, managing communications with event organizers, and safeguarding the Artist's interests throughout their professional engagements.
SECTION 4: COMMISSION

SECTION 6: INDEMNITY
Both parties, as part of their Contract, genuinely concur that they would indemnify and extend protection by exoneration to each other, against any potential claims or lawsuits, any losses that they may potentially incur, liabilities that may arise, or any expenses that they might bear. The trigger for such events being expected to be suffered or incurred would predominantly be as a direct result of any form of violation, non-compliance, or breach of the defined terms, conditions, and guidelines laid out explicitly in this Contract that both parties have assented to.
SECTION 7: TERMINATION
