SECTION 1: AGENT’S DUTIES

SECTION 2: ARTIST'S OBLIGATIONS
The Artist shall make themselves available for engagements secured by the Agent under the terms of this Contract and will perform to the best of their ability at all such engagements.
2.1 Performance Commitment: The Artist agrees to attend and perform at all engagements arranged by the Agent according to the terms outlined in the Contract, ensuring their presence and active participation to the best of their skills and capabilities.

SECTION 3: AGENTS' OBLIGATIONS
3.1 Engagement Procurement: The Agent is responsible for securing suitable engagements for the Artist as per the terms outlined in the Contract, actively seeking opportunities that align with the Artist's interests and expertise.
3.2 Contractual Compliance: It is incumbent upon the Agent to ensure that all engagements arranged for the Artist adhere to the contractual agreements, including but not limited to venue specifications, performance expectations, and compensation terms.

The trigger for such events being expected to be suffered or incurred would predominantly be as a direct result of any form of violation, non-compliance, or breach of the defined terms, conditions, and guidelines laid out explicitly in this Contract that both parties have assented to.
SECTION 7: TERMINATION
