SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL CONTRACT

SECTION 1. PARTIES

SECTION 3. RENTAL PAYMENT

SECTION 6. HOUSE RULES AND AMENITIES

Party B agrees to follow Party A's house rules and use amenities/services as per the Rental Agreement.

  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the peace and privacy of neighbors during these hours.

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated smoking areas are provided outside, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of in provided receptacles.

  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Rental Agreement.

  • Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight is as specified in the Rental Agreement.

  • Fully Equipped Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils provided for your use.

  • Wi-Fi: Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
