BOOTH RENTAL CONTRACT

(a) The dimensions of the booth or space, including width, length, and height, will be outlined to ensure proper fitting for the Renter's display materials and promotional items.

(b) A layout plan indicating the configuration of the booth space, including the placement of walls, counters, tables, and other fixtures, will be provided. This layout will assist the Renter in visualizing their setup and optimizing the use of the space.

(c) Details regarding available amenities such as access to electricity, water, and internet connectivity will be specified. Any limitations or additional costs associated with these amenities will also be communicated.

(d) Any special features or unique characteristics of the booth space, such as corner locations, proximity to entrances, or high-traffic areas, will be highlighted. These features may influence the visibility and attractiveness of the booth to event attendees.

SECTION 2. RENTAL FEE

The Renter must confirm that the booth is entirely assembled and ready for operation within the prescribed "Booth setup time". Also, the booth must not start to be dismantled until or at the designated "Booth breakdown time".

SECTION 5. INSURANCE

The individual or entity who is renting the property, herein referred to as the Renter, is under the obligation to secure and maintain an insurance policy. The specifics of coverage, terms, limitations, and directives about this insurance policy are thoroughly detailed in the document known as the [Renter's Insurance Policy]. It is the responsibility of the Renter to provide this aforementioned insurance.

5.1 Renter's Insurance Policy

(a) This Renter's Insurance Policy is a binding agreement between the Renter and the insurance provider, outlining coverage, terms, and limitations.

(b) The Renter must secure and maintain this insurance policy for the rented property to protect against potential losses or damages.

(c) Coverage extends to personal belongings, liability protection, and additional living expenses in case of covered perils.

(d) The policyholder is obligated to pay premiums as agreed upon, and any changes or claims must be promptly reported to the insurer.

(e) Failure to maintain the required insurance may result in penalties or termination of the rental agreement.

SECTION 6. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The Event Organizer may provide certain additional services for the event. Detailed descriptions and specifications of these additional services, should they be made available, will be outlined in a separate section entitled "Additional Services".
