Personal Coaching Contract

This Personal Coaching Contract ("Contract") is made effective on this [Date] by and between [Coach Name], hereinafter referred to as "Coach", and [Client Name], hereinafter referred to as "Client". Both parties mutually agree to the following terms and conditions

I. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Coach gladly agrees and affirms to offer personalized coaching services adapted to the Client's requirements. These services are flexible and open to adjustments, not fixed or unchangeable. Yet, any alterations to the initial conditions will only be taken into account and approved based on a common consensus and a joint agreement between both involved parties, the Coach and the Client.

II. FEES

The client has acknowledged and agreed that a payment, amounting to [Amount], should be made to the coach before the commencement of each coaching session. Without adherence to this payment condition, there may be consequences such as the potential cancellation of the arranged session and the discontinuation or suspension of the services being offered by the coach.

III. SCHEDULING

The process of scheduling all coaching sessions will be a collaborative effort between the Coach and the Client, providing both individuals the chance to create a mutually beneficial timetable. In addition, it is important to note that the coach upholds the right to enact a policy wherein the full fee of the session is charged. This is applicable in cases where the client cancels an appointment or does not show up without providing at least a 24-hour notice in advance.

IV. CONFIDENTIALITY

The coach hereby concurs to steadfastly uphold and observe stringent confidentiality concerning the affairs of the client. He or she will not disclose any pertinent details unless there is a written request obtained directly from the client explicitly requesting for such specific information to be unveiled.

V. TERMINATION

Both parties reserve the right to terminate the contract upon providing thirty (30) days’ notice. Any fees paid for services not yet provided will be refunded to the Client within [Number of Days] days of termination.

VI. ENTIRE CONTRACT

This Contract contains the entire agreement between the parties, superseding in all respects any prior oral or written agreements or understandings about the coaching relationship, and contains the complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter.

VII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises from this Contract, it should be first addressed through sincere negotiations. If unresolved within a set time, either party can request mediation by written notice. The mediation follows certain rules and happens in a specified location. If mediation fails, any legal remedies can be pursued.

VIII. GOVERNING LAW

This Contract shall be subjected to, interpreted, and directly regulated by the legislations that are in effect within the jurisdiction of [State/Country]. This will be true even when these stipulated laws conflict with principles of law that would otherwise stipulate that the law of a different jurisdiction apply.

Upon affixing their signatures to this contract, both entities affirm their full comprehension and voluntary acceptance of this accord on the date mentioned below.
