1. Job Responsibilities

1.2 Compliance and Safety
The Driver acknowledges the importance of compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety protocols during the performance of duties. This includes but is not limited to:

Adhering to established safety procedures and wearing appropriate safety gear when necessary.

Reporting any accidents, incidents, or vehicle malfunctions promptly to the designated authorities.

2. Terms of Employment
2.1 Employment Type
The Driver shall be engaged as a Full-Time employee of the Company. The employment term shall commence on [date] and continue until terminated as per the provisions of this Contract.

4.2 Overtime and Compensation
If the Driver is required to work beyond the standard hours or on designated rest days/holidays, overtime compensation or time-off-in-lieu (TOIL) arrangements shall apply as per applicable laws and Company policies.
5. Equipment and Resources
5.1 Company Vehicles and Tools
The Company shall provide the necessary vehicles, tools, and equipment required for the Driver to perform their duties effectively and safely. The Driver agrees to use such equipment responsibly and report any maintenance issues promptly for resolution.
5.2 Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
The Driver shall be provided with uniforms and appropriate PPE as required for the job role. It is the Driver's responsibility to wear and maintain such attire in good condition for safety and professional appearance.
6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
6.1 Confidential Information
During employment, the Driver may have access to confidential information, including but not limited to business strategies, customer data, proprietary technology, and trade secrets. The Driver agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose or misuse such information for personal gain or to the detriment of the Company.
6.2 Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation
Upon termination of employment, the Driver agrees not to engage in activities that compete with the Company's business interests or solicit clients, customers, or employees for a competing entity within [Non-Compete Duration] from the date of termination.
7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
