Short Form Contract

As of April 5, 2050, this Freelance Service Contract ("Contract") is put into effect between [Client's Name] at [Client's Address] ("Client") and [Your Name] ("Freelancer").

1. Services

Freelancer agrees to provide the following services ("Services") to the Client:

  • Creation of a website design for [Client's Name].

  • Completion of the design within 30 days of contract initiation.

2. Compensation

Client agrees to compensate Freelancer for the Services as follows:

  • Hourly rate of $50 for a total of $3000.

Payment is to be made in three installments: $1000 upfront, $1000 halfway through the project, and $1000 upon completion.

3. Ownership and Rights

  • Upon full payment, all rights to the work produced by Freelancer shall transfer to the Client.

  • The Client shall have exclusive rights to use, modify, and distribute the website design as they see fit.

4. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during this Contract.

  • Any information shared regarding [Client's Name] business operations or strategies shall remain confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties.

5. Term and Termination

This Contract shall commence on April 5, 2050, and shall continue until the completion of the Services, unless terminated earlier by either party.

6. Governing Law
