Band Performance Contract
This Band Performance Contract (the “Contract") is entered into as of the 20th day of January 2055 (“Effective Date"), by and between [Your Name] (the “Organizer"), located at, and [Band Name] (the "Band"). Both parties shall be collectively referred to as the "Parties".
1. Terms of Performance
The Band agrees to perform at [Name of Event], located at [Event Address], on [Date(s)] from [Start Time] to [End Time], following the agreed-upon schedule provided by the Venue/Organizer. The Band shall perform [Number of Sets] sets of [Duration of Sets] each, with [Length of Breaks] breaks in between sets.
2. Compensation and Benefits
In consideration of the Band's performance, the Organizer shall pay the Band the sum of [Fee] as compensation for services rendered.
Payment shall be made as follows: 50% deposit upon signing, and 50% on the day of the performance.
Additionally, the Organizer shall provide the following benefits to the Band:

Complimentary meals and beverages during the performance.

VIP access to the festival grounds for the Band members.
3. Equipment Responsibilities
The Band is responsible for providing any necessary instruments and equipment required for their performance unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organizer.
4. Cancellation Policies
4.1 Cancellation By Organizer
If the Organizer needs to cancel the Event, they must provide 30 days' notice to the Band. Unless the Parties agree to a rescheduled date, the Organizer shall be required to pay a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total fee.
4.2 Cancellation By Band
If the Band needs to cancel their performance at the Event, they must provide 30 days' notice to the Organizer. In such a case, the Band may be required to return any fee already paid by the Organizer, and the Parties shall discuss any further implications or arrangements regarding the cancellation.
5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the performance of this Contract. This includes but is not limited to setlists, technical specifications, and financial arrangements.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Contract shall be resolved through mediation, administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the [Arbitration Association].
7. Indemnification
Each Party agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other Party from all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from any breach of the terms of this Contract.
8. Entire Agreement
This Contract represents the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all previous understanding, written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Contract. This Contract may not be modified except in writing and must be signed by both Parties.
