Photographer Agreement Contract

This Agreement is entered into this 20th day of January 2055 by and between [Your Name], henceforth referred to as the "Client", residing at [Your Address], and [Photographer's Name], henceforth referred to as the "Photographer", residing at [Photographer's Address].

1. Scope of Work

1.1 The individual recognized as the Photographer agrees to offer their professional and expert services in the field of photography at the specified location denoted as [Event Location].

1.2 This service will be delivered on the predetermined date of the event, specified as [Date of Event], during the specific period that commences at the [Start Time] and concludes at the [End Time].

1.3 Moreover, it is to be duly noted that both parties, namely the Photographer, and the client, are to reach a mutual agreement regarding the total count of photographs that are expected to be delivered as a part of the professional service agreement.

2. Deliverables

The Photographer will deliver the photographs no later than 30 days after the date the photography service is performed. The photographs will be delivered in a digital format via email.

3. Usage Rights

The Client shall be entitled to the exclusive rights of utilizing and duplicating the photographs for their specific needs. Contrarily, the photographer will not possess any sort of rights to the said photographs, restricting them from using the photographs for purposes such as advertising or any other related activities.

4. Payment Terms

The Client will pay the Photographer a total fee of [Amount] for the services provided under this Agreement. The fee includes all taxes and expenses incurred by the Photographer. The Client will make payment 7 days after the event.

5. Cancellation Policy

If the Client cancels this Agreement 14 days before the photography service is to be performed, a cancellation fee of [Amount] will be payable.

6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of this Contract. The Photographer agrees not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of the Client.

7. Termination Conditions

Either party may terminate this Contract upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of any provision herein. Termination shall be effective 30 days from the date of receipt of written notice.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or related to this Contract shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the [Arbitration Association].
