1. REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT

2. DURATION OF AGREEMENT

Owner's Responsibilities:

Disclose any known defects or issues with the property to potential buyers or renters.

Consider and respond promptly to offers or inquiries received through the Agent.

Work with the Agent to negotiate and finalize terms of sale or rental agreements with interested parties.

Provide necessary access to the property for inspections, appraisals, and other necessary activities related to the transaction.

Fulfill any legal or regulatory requirements related to the sale or rental of the property.
Agent's Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine the appropriate listing price for the property.

Develop and implement a marketing strategy to attract potential buyers or renters, which may include advertising, staging, and hosting open houses.

Represent the Owner's interests in negotiations with potential buyers or renters, striving to achieve the best possible terms.

Keep the Owner informed of any developments or feedback from prospective buyers or renters.

Provide guidance and assistance to the Owner throughout the transaction process, including completing necessary paperwork and coordinating inspections and appraisals.

Act professionally and ethically in all dealings with clients and other parties involved in the transaction.

Keep abreast of market trends and changes in regulations affecting the real estate industry.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to the transaction and the parties involved.

Provide regular updates and reports to the Owner on the status of the property listing and any ongoing negotiations or activities.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
Both parties agree to adhere to all relevant data protection regulations and maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the execution of this Agreement unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing by the other party.
7. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
This Agreement shall be governed by and adhere to all laws and regulations that are applicable within the jurisdiction of where the Property, which is mentioned within this agreement, is situated. Furthermore, this agreement must comply with all such relevant laws and regulations within the jurisdiction.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any disputes or disagreements that may emerge or occur in connection with this Agreement, these conflicts shall ultimately be dealt with and settled by engaging in a Dispute Resolution Process.
