This Freelance Makeup Contract (‘Contract') dated [DATE] is entered into by and between [YOUR NAME], hereinafter referred to as the "Makeup Artist," and [CLIENT'S NAME], hereinafter referred to as the "Client," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Services Provided:

1.1 Scope of Services:

The makeup Artist agrees to provide makeup services to the Client for the wedding ceremony scheduled for May 15th, 2050.

1.2 Included Services:

Makeup services may include but are not limited to bridal makeup application, consultation, trial session, and touch-ups as agreed upon between the Makeup Artist and the Client.

2. Payment Terms:

2.1 Total Fee:

The total fee for makeup services provided by the Makeup Artist is $300.

2.2 Deposit Requirement:

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure the booking.

2.3 Remaining Balance:

The remaining balance of $200 is due on May 15th, 2050, before the commencement of services.

2.4 Payment Methods:

Payment can be made in cash, check, or electronic transfer to the Makeup Artist's designated account.

2.5 Additional Expenses:

Any additional expenses incurred during the provision of services, such as travel or parking fees, will be the responsibility of the Client and will be added to the final invoice.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Notice Period:

If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the makeup appointment, they must provide a minimum of 14 days' notice to the Makeup Artist.

3.2 Forfeiture of Deposit:

If the Client fails to provide sufficient notice or cancels the appointment without reasonable cause, the deposit of $100 will be forfeited.

3.3 Makeup Artist's Right to Cancel:

The Makeup Artist reserves the right to cancel the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergencies.

4. Responsibilities:

4.1 Client's Responsibilities:

The Client agrees to provide a clean and suitable space for the Makeup Artist to work, including access to adequate lighting and electrical outlets.

4.2 Client's Health Information:

The Client must inform the Makeup Artist of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions that may affect the makeup application.

5.3 Makeup Artist's Standards:

The Makeup Artist will use professional-grade makeup products and tools and will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of the Client.

5.4 Punctuality:

The Client agrees to arrive promptly for the scheduled appointment and to notify the Makeup Artist of any delays or changes to the agreed-upon timeline.

5.6 Professional Conduct:

Both parties agree to conduct themselves professionally and to communicate openly and honestly regarding any concerns or preferences related to the makeup services.

6. Governing Law

This contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Los Angeles, California, by the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

7. Entire Agreement

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior contracts and understandings, whether written or oral.
