House Rent Contract

This House Rent Contract (“Contract") is entered into this [DATE] (the “Effective Date”), by and between [YOUR NAME], with a principal address at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] (the "Landlord"), and [TENANT NAME], with a principal address at [TENANT ADDRESS] (the "Tenant").

1. PREMISES

The Landlord, in consideration of the lease payments provided in this Contract, hereby leases to the Tenant a residential dwelling located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS].

2. TERM

The initiation of this Contract will take place on the specified date, referred to herein as the [Start Date]. From the [Start Date] onwards, it will remain completely enforceable and valid, exerting all its stipulated powers and obligations, until the [End Date], which is the date specified for its termination.

3. RENT

The individual who is renting, hereafter referred to as the tenant, is obligated to give payment to the property owner, henceforth known as the landlord. 8. DEFAULT
