2. Introduction
This Contract is the legal document that clearly delineates and sets forth the precise terms and conditions that are to be followed by the Provider in his, or her, or their provision of executive protection services to the Client. Not only does the Contract outline the tasks and responsibilities that the Provider has agreed to perform, but also the procedures to adhere to and the guidelines for the delivery of such services. Both the Provider and Client hereby affirm that they understand the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract. Additionally, they also express their unequivocal agreement and consent to abide by the terms specified herein throughout this Contract.
3. Term of Agreement
The duration or term for which this Agreement will be in effect will commence, or begin, from the stipulated start date, denoted as [Date]. Once initiated, this Agreement will continue to remain in effect until it is officially terminated. The termination of this Agreement could be facilitated by either of the involved parties, and this termination will strictly adhere to the method and guidelines stated in the provisions of this Contract.
4. Services
The Provider agrees to provide the following executive protection services to the Client:
a. Personal security detail for designated individuals during specified events, travel, or activities.
b. Threat assessment and risk management consultations.
c. Emergency response planning and coordination.
d. Any additional services as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
5. Payment
In consideration for the services rendered by the Provider, the Client agrees to pay the Provider the sum of [$1000] per [month] for the duration of this Agreement. Payment shall be made [via bank transfer] and is due [within 15 days] of receiving the invoice.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties acknowledge that sensitive information may be disclosed during the provision of services under this Agreement. The Provider agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information related to the Client and their affairs. Likewise, the Client agrees not to disclose any confidential information regarding the Provider's operations or methodologies.
7. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the services provided under this Agreement, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Provider.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with [thirty (30) days] written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay the Provider for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
9. Governing Law

10. Dispute Resolution
