Hair And Makeup Contract
This Hair and Makeup Contract (‘Contract') dated [DATE] is entered into by and between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Artist," and [CLIENT'S NAME], hereinafter referred to as the "Client," collectively referred to as the "Parties."
1. Services
The Artist agrees to provide hair and makeup services for the Client's wedding taking place on May 20, 2050, at The Grand Plaza Hotel. The services include hairstyling, traditional makeup, and false lash application.
2. Date, Time, and Location
The services will be provided at The Grand Plaza Hotel on May 20, 2050. The Artist will arrive at the designated location at 8:00 AM to commence the services.
3. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Artist the total sum of $300 for the services rendered. Payment shall be made in the following manner:
3.1 Non- Refundable Deposit

To secure the services of the Artist, a deposit totaling a sum of $100 is required. This deposit, once paid, becomes non-refundable and is stipulated to be paid at the time of signing this particular contract.
3.2 Balance

The balance that remains to be paid, which stands at $200, is expected to be settled on the specific day that the event will take place. This payment should ideally be made before the initiation of the services that have been agreed upon.
3.3 Payment Method

Payments can be made via cash, check, or PayPal.
4. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit paid is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date will result in the Client being responsible for payment of the full contract amount.
5. Responsibilities of the Artist
The Artist agrees to:

Provide the agreed-upon hair and makeup services to the Client on the specified date, time, and location.

Use professional-grade products and tools.

Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.

Adhere to the Client's preferences and requests to the best of their ability.
6. Responsibilities of the Client
The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate information regarding their hair, skin type, and any allergies or sensitivities.

Arrive at The Grand Plaza Hotel at 8:00 AM on May 20, 2050, for the services.

Notify the Artist of any changes or preferences regarding the hair and makeup look at least 48 hours before the event.
7. Changes to Services
Should there be any changes or additions required to the services that are specifically outlined in this contract, both parties involved express their agreement to such modifications or extras explicitly in writing.
8. Liability
The artist cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages that might occur as a result of using the products or services they provide. The only exception to this rule is if such allergic reactions, injuries, or damages are found to be directly caused by the artist's gross negligence.
9. Termination of Contract
If any one party commits a breach of any terms stated within this contract and, subsequently, fails to remedy such a breach within a duration of time that can be deemed reasonable, such party shall be liable to permit the other party to formally terminate this Contract. To effectuate this termination, the non-breaching party may issue a written notice to the party in breach.
10. Governing Law
The contract that is being referred to in this context, shall be both managed and interpreted under the jurisdiction and accordance with the laws and statutes which are effective in the state of California.
11. Entire Agreement
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Artist and the Client and supersedes any prior contracts or understandings, written or oral.
