PRIVATE YOGA CONTRACT

                                                                                                                                         

This Private Yoga Contract ("Contract") is entered into between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Instructor," and [Client's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client," effective as of June 10, 2050. The purpose of this Contract is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Instructor will provide private yoga instruction to the Client in the Client's home.

1. Services

The Instructor agrees to provide private yoga instruction to the Client at the Client's residence. The services provided may include but are not limited to personalized yoga sessions, guided meditation, and breathing exercises tailored to the Client's needs and preferences. The frequency, duration, and content of each session shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

2. Obligations of the Instructor

The Instructor agrees to arrive promptly at the scheduled time for each session and to conduct the sessions professionally. The Instructor shall provide all necessary equipment unless otherwise agreed upon with the Client. Additionally, the Instructor shall maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information disclosed by the Client during the sessions.

3. Obligations of the Client

The Client agrees to provide a suitable space within their home for the yoga sessions, free from any hazards or distractions. The Client shall also notify the Instructor of any physical limitations or medical conditions that may affect their participation in the sessions. Furthermore, the Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for each session promptly.

4. Travel Arrangements

If the Client's residence is located outside of the Instructor's standard service area, additional travel fees may apply. Such fees shall be agreed upon by both parties before scheduling the sessions. The Client is responsible for providing accurate directions and ensuring that the Instructor has access to the premises upon arrival.

5. Fees and Payment

The fees for each yoga session shall be as agreed upon by both parties and outlined in a separate fee schedule or invoice. Payment is due before or upon the completion of each session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur a penalty fee as specified in the Contract.

6. Cancellation Policy

The Client agrees to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice in the event of a session cancellation. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee. The Instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the Client's schedule.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract at any time upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall be responsible for any outstanding fees owed for services rendered before the termination date.

8. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

9. Entire Contract

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
