House Lease Contract

This House Lease Contract ("Contract") is made and entered into this [DATE], by and between [YOUR NAME], hereinafter "Landlord," and [TENANT'S NAME], hereinafter "Tenant(s)."

1. RENTED PREMISES

The Landlord, [YOUR NAME], hereby rents to the Tenant, [TENANT'S NAME], and the Tenant hereby rents from the Landlord, the premises located at [YOUR COMPANY NAME], herein referred to as the "Premises".

2. TERM

The first or initial duration period of this Lease is set to commence starting from the date specified as the [Start Date]. The termination or end of this Lease is scheduled to happen on the date which is stated as the [End Date].

3. RENT

Tenant agrees to pay Landlord as base rent the sum of [Amount], due and payable monthly in advance on the 1st day of each calendar month during the term of this agreement. The first month’s rent is required to be paid before the Tenant moves into the Premises.

6. INSURANCE

The Tenant acknowledges that the Landlord’s insurance does not cover the Tenant’s personal property, and it is the Tenant's responsibility to carry adequate insurance coverage for their personal belongings.

7. PETS

No pets shall be allowed on the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord. Any unauthorized pets found on the Premises may result in penalties or termination of the lease agreement.

8. DEFAULT

If the Tenant fails to comply with any material provisions of this Contract or any present rules and regulations, the Landlord may terminate this Agreement upon providing proper notice to the Tenant following the laws of the jurisdiction.

9. TERMINATION

Upon termination of this Contract, the Tenant shall return the Premises and all property belonging to the Landlord in a clean and good condition, subject to ordinary wear and tear.

10. BINDING EFFECT

This Contract shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
