SIDING CONTRACT

1. Scope of Work

Payment shall be made in 3 installments as follows: $2000 upon commencement of work, $2000 upon completion of 50% of the work, and $1000 upon completion. The Owner agrees to make payments promptly upon completion of each installment as outlined in this Contract.

4. Timeline

The Contractor shall commence work on the siding repairs within 14 days of the effective date of this Contract. The parties acknowledge that the timeline for completion may be affected by factors such as weather conditions and the extent of repairs required. However, the Contractor shall make reasonable efforts to complete the repairs within 30 days of commencement.

5. Warranties

The Contractor warrants that all repairs performed under this Contract shall be free from defects in workmanship for 5 years from the date of completion. Any defects discovered within this warranty period shall be promptly remedied by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Owner.

6. Indemnification

The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the performance of the siding repair services under this Contract. This indemnification shall survive the termination or expiration of this Contract.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising under this Contract, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may initiate legal proceedings by the laws of [Jurisdiction], with the prevailing party entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.

8. Entire Contract
