Plumbing Service Contract

This Plumbing Service Contract ("Contract") is entered into as of [Date], between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address] ("Plumber"), and [Client Name], located at [Client Address] ("Client").

I. Scope of Work

1.1 The Plumber agrees to provide the following plumbing services to the Client:

(a) Installation of a new water heater in the basement.

(b) Repair of leaking pipes in the kitchen.

1.2 The Plumber shall perform the services with due care and diligence by industry standards.

II. Timeline

2.1 The plumbing services shall commence on [Start Date] and shall be completed by [Completion Date] unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing.

2.2 The Client shall provide reasonable access to the premises during the agreed-upon times for the completion of the plumbing services.

III. Payment Terms

IV. Responsibilities of the Parties

4.1 The Plumber shall

(a) Provide qualified personnel to perform the plumbing services.

(b) Use reasonable efforts to complete the work in a timely and professional manner.

4.2 The Client shall

(a) Provide access to the premises where the plumbing services are to be performed.

(b) Ensure the work area is clear and accessible to the Plumber.

V. Materials and Equipment

The Plumber shall provide all necessary materials and equipment required to perform the plumbing services unless otherwise specified in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

VI. Warranties and Guarantees

The Plumber warrants that all work performed under this Contract shall be free from defects in workmanship for a period of [Warranty Period]. Additionally, the Plumber shall honor any warranties provided by manufacturers for materials and equipment used in the performance of the plumbing services.

VII. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this Contract upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of the Contract by the other party. Termination shall be effective 30 days after receipt of written notice.

VIII. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Plumber from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the plumbing services performed under this Contract, except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Plumber.
