4. Appointment Policy

For individuals seeking to avail of barbering services, it is necessary to schedule their appointments in advance. However, those who may not have made a prior appointment still can receive their desired service as a walk-in client, although this is entirely dependent on the availability of the service providers at that particular time.

5. Cancellation Policy

The Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, as determined by the Barber.

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Both parties involved in this agreement have mutually decided to strictly adhere to all relevant laws and regulations that oversee the provision of services related to barbering. This includes not only overarching rules but also extends to specific standards linked to health and safety that are mandated within this industry.

7. Liability and Indemnity

The Barber shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the provision of barbering services, except in cases of negligence. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Barber from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the services provided under this Contract.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Contract shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation between the parties. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to pursue resolution through arbitration by the laws of [Jurisdiction].

9. Governing Law

10. Entire Agreement
