2. Services Provided
The Artist agrees to provide the following face painting services:

Additional services: Balloon twisting for an additional fee of $20/hour.
3. Fee Structure

Total Fee: $150

Deposit Amount: $50 (due upon signing)

Payment Schedule: The remaining balance of $100 is due on the day of the event.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide necessary space (approx. 6ft x 6ft) and utilities for face painting setup.

Ensure the availability of participants for face painting during the agreed-upon time.
5. Face Painter's Responsibilities
The Artist agrees to:

Provide all necessary face painting materials, including paints, brushes, and sanitization supplies.

Arrive punctually at the designated location and provide services for the agreed-upon duration.
6. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel this contract with 14 days' notice.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Procedure for rescheduling: Any rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 7 days before the event and are subject to availability.
7. Liability
The Client hereby agrees and articulates their consent to indemnify, that is, compensate for any harm or loss, and hold the Artist completely harmless and free of responsibility to any liability or legal responsibility for accidents or injuries that may potentially take place during the duration of the event.
8. Intellectual Property
All design works that are created, developed, and conceived during the span of the event will be considered the intellectual property of the Artist. These creations shall remain under the ownership and control of the Artist, embodying his or her creative ideas, thoughts, and labor.
9. Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [State].
