Live Music Contract

This Live Music Contract ("Contract") serves as a formal agreement between [Your Name] ("Performer") and [Organizer's Name] ("Organizer/Venue") for the provision of live musical entertainment at a specified event. Both Parties recognize the importance of outlining the terms and conditions of the performance to ensure a successful and mutually beneficial collaboration.

2. Services

The Performer agrees to provide live musical entertainment at the above-mentioned event.

The Organizer/Venue agrees to provide suitable performance space, sound equipment, and any other necessary facilities for the performance.

3. Compensation

The Organizer/Venue agrees to pay the Performer the sum of $1000 as compensation for their performance.

Payment shall be made in full upon completion of performance.

4. Equipment and Setup

The Performer shall provide a list of equipment and technical requirements to the Organizer/Venue no later than April 15th, 2050.

The Organizer/Venue agrees to provide the necessary technical support and assistance for the setup and operation of the Performer's equipment.

5. Promotion

Both Parties agree to collaborate on promotional efforts for the event, including but not limited to social media promotion, flyers, and press releases.

6. Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by either Party, reasonable notice must be given to the other Party.

If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, the canceling Party may be subject to payment of a cancellation fee as agreed upon in writing.

7. Indemnification

Each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to their performance under this Contract.

8. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [State/Country].

9. Entire Agreement
