Billing Contract
This Billing Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is entered into on [Date], by and between: [Your Company Name], with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), and [Client Name], with its principal place of business at [Client Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
1. Scope of Services:
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following goods/services to the Client:

2. Payment Terms:
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider for the goods/services provided by the following payment terms:
2.1 Invoicing:
The Service Provider shall issue invoices to the Client for the goods/services provided every month.
2.2 Payment Due Date:
Payment for each invoice shall be due within 15 days from the date of the invoice
2.3 Payment Method:
Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the Service Provider's designated bank account.
2.4 Late Payment:
In the event of late payment, the Client shall be liable to pay interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 1.5% per month calculated daily from the due date until the date of payment.
3. Rates:
The rates for the goods/services provided by the Service Provider are as follows:
Graphic Design Services:

5. Taxes:
The Client shall be responsible for any applicable taxes related to the goods/services provided under this Contract.
6. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiations.
7. Termination:
This Contract can be terminated by either party, provided that they give the other party a written notice of their intention to terminate 30 days in advance.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
9. Entire Agreement:
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
10. Amendments:
Any amendments to this Contract shall be made in writing and signed by both parties.
