6.3 Rescheduling Procedures:
In the event of rescheduling, the Client must provide written notice to the Florist as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
7. Responsibilities of the Parties

7.2 Client Responsibilities:
The Client shall provide access to the event venue for delivery and set-up and shall communicate any changes or special requirements to the Florist promptly.
8. Liability
8.1 Limitation of Liability
The Florist shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, venue restrictions, or unforeseen events.
8.2 Indemnification Clause
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Florist from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's actions or omissions.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Governing Law
