2. Services Provided

Bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and other floral decorations as agreed upon between the Florist and the Client.

2.3 Any Additional Decorations or Services

Any additional decorations or services requested by the Client shall be subject to mutual agreement and may incur additional charges.

3. Floral Selection

3.1 Types of Flowers to be Used

The Florist shall use high-quality fresh flowers, selected based on seasonal availability and the Client's preferences.

3.2 Colors and Themes

The floral arrangements shall be coordinated with the color scheme and theme of the event as specified by the Client.

3.3 Any Specific Requests or Exclusions

Any specific flower requests or exclusions must be communicated to the Florist in writing at least 30 days before the event.

4. Delivery and Set-Up

4.1 Delivery Date and Time

The floral arrangements shall be delivered to the venue on [Date], at 9:30 AM.

4.2 Location for Delivery

Delivery shall be made to the address of the event venue as provided by the Client.

4.3 Set-Up Details and Requirements

The Florist shall set up the floral arrangements under the Client's instructions and the layout of the venue.

5. Payment Terms

Total Cost of Services: The total cost of services is $1500.
Deposit Amount: A deposit of $500 is due upon the signing of this Contract.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due in full 14 days before the event. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of services.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Conditions for Cancellation by the Client

Cancellation by the Client must be made in writing at least 30 days before the event. In the event of cancellation, the Client may be subject to forfeiture of the deposit.

6.2 Refund Policy for Cancelled Services:

The deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made under the conditions specified herein.

6.3 Rescheduling Procedures:

In the event of rescheduling, the Client must provide written notice to the Florist as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

7. Responsibilities of the Parties

7.1 Florist Responsibilities

The Florist shall provide the agreed-upon floral services in a timely and professional manner.

7.2 Client Responsibilities:

The Client shall provide access to the event venue for delivery and set-up and shall communicate any changes or special requirements to the Florist promptly.

8. Liability

8.1 Limitation of Liability

The Florist shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, venue restrictions, or unforeseen events.
