The floral arrangements shall be coordinated with the color scheme and theme of the event as specified by the Client.
Any specific flower requests or exclusions must be communicated to the Florist in writing at least 30 days before the event.

Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due in full 14 days before the event. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of services.
Cancellation by the Client must be made in writing at least 30 days before the event. In the event of cancellation, the Client may be subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
The deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made under the conditions specified herein.
In the event of rescheduling, the Client must provide written notice to the Florist as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
The Florist shall provide the agreed-upon floral services in a timely and professional manner.
The Client shall provide access to the event venue for delivery and set-up and shall communicate any changes or special requirements to the Florist promptly.
The Florist shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, venue restrictions, or unforeseen events.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Florist from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's actions or omissions.
This contract shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [STATE].
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
