Vehicle Accident Release Of Liability
I. Parties Information
This Release of Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this [Effective Date] (the “Effective Date”), by and between [Your Name], residing at [Your Address] (the “At-Fault Party”) and [Name of Injured Party], residing at [Address of Injured Party] (the “Injured Party”).
II. Background
Whereas, on January 10, 2050, a vehicular accident occurred involving vehicles operated by both the At-Fault Party and the Injured Party.

III. Release and Waiver of Claims

IV. Indemnification
The Injured Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the At-Fault Party, their agents, employees, successors, and assigns, from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from any breach of this Release by the Injured Party.
V. Entire Agreement
This Release contains the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating thereto.
VI. Governing Law
