This Release of Liability ("Release") is entered into on [Date] by and between [Participant's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Participant," and [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Organization."
I. Background
The Participant acknowledges that certain activities or events conducted by the Organization entail inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss. II. Assumption of Risks
The Participant acknowledges and understands that participating in the activities or events organized by the Organization involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

V. Insurance
The individual who is taking part in this activity, hereby referred to as the Participant, fully acknowledges and understands that the group or institution overseeing and organizing this activity, hereinafter referred to as the Organization, does not provide any form of insurance coverage oriented to the participants. The performance of this activity comes with certain elements of risk and potential for unforeseen incidents. Consequently, it is with full comprehension of this circumstance that the Participant accepts responsibility for obtaining as well as maintaining appropriate insurance coverage according to their specific needs. They agree that these needs range from personal health and safety considerations, and financial security to any other aspects that would require insurance coverage. Is their sole responsibility to protect his or her interests. This aforementioned insurance coverage will be referred to simply as 'insurance' for the remainder of this document.
VI. Severability
Suppose any provision of this Release is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason. In that case, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of this Release, and this Release shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.
VII. Governing Law
