This Release of Liability ("Release") is entered into between [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Recreation Center," and [Participant's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Participant."
1. Recitals

The Participant desires to engage in recreational activities provided by the Recreation Center, which may include but are not limited to, sports, fitness classes, swimming, and other related activities.

2. Assumption of Risk
The Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of property damage, bodily injury, or death. These risks may arise from the Participant's actions, the actions of others, or the conditions of the premises or equipment.
3. Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in recreational activities provided by the Recreation Center, the Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Recreation Center, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any liability for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by the Participant, including those caused by the negligence of the Released Parties. This Release extends to all claims, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of or related to the Participant's participation in recreational activities at the Recreation Center.
4. Indemnification
The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, actions, suits, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to the Participant's participation in recreational activities, including but not limited to claims brought by third parties.
5. Acknowledgment of Rules and Regulations
The Participant acknowledges that they have received, read, and understood all rules, regulations, and guidelines provided by the Recreation Center regarding the use of its facilities and participation in activities. The Participant agrees to abide by these rules and regulations at all times.
6. Emergency Medical Treatment
The Participant authorizes the Recreation Center and its staff to administer or arrange for any necessary medical treatment in the event of an emergency. The Participant agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with such medical treatment.
7. Severability
Should the circumstance arise wherein any provision outlined in this Release is determined to be invalid or not capable of being enforced, it is understood and agreed that all remaining provisions contained within will continue to hold validity. Furthermore, these remaining provisions will be enforced to the greatest degree that is permissible under applicable law.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
