This Release of Liability ("Release") is entered into on [Date], by and between [Your Name] ("Releasor") and [Recipient's Name] ("Releasee").
I. Background
Releasor and Releasee are parties to a rental agreement for a residential property located at 123 Main Street, Anytown, USA, 12345. Releasor desires to occupy and reside in the aforementioned residential property and Releasee is willing to permit Releasor's occupancy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Release.
II. Release of Liability

IV. Assumption of Risk
