This Copyright Release of Liability (hereinafter referred to as "Release") is made effective as of [Date], by and between [Your Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Copyright Holder"), and [Recipient's Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Recipient").
I. Grant of Permission

(b.) The Recipient will use the Material in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
(c). The Recipient will not use the Material in any manner that infringes upon the rights of any third party.
V. Governing Law
The governance and interpretation of this Release shall be conducted exclusively by the laws applicable in [Jurisdiction]. This remains true without any consideration or regard to its principles of conflict of law.
VI. Entire Agreement
This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties for the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
