5. Release of Liability

In consideration of the opportunity to participate and the mutual promises contained herein, the Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Organization, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the use of the Content as permitted under this Agreement.

6. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organization, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any breach of the representations and warranties made by the Participant herein.

7. Governing Law

The governance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be carried out following the established laws of [Jurisdiction], irrespective of any conflicting legal principles or laws that may exist within the same jurisdiction. The conflict of law principles will have no bearing on the governance and interpretation of this Agreement.

8. Entire Agreement
